Can the kundalini be activated gently?

The kundalini is an essential aspect of our bodies. It is a marvelous, energetic engine that can aid our journey tremendously. Many practices aim to ” awaken” the kundalini to intensify the movement of it. Many practices like meditations, breath work, physical movements, plant medicines, or spiritual journeys are aimed to do so. All of them have their benefits and an energetic expansiveness that happens when they are practiced. All of them can be pretty life-altering. But usually, this intense experience tends to dwindle after some time.

As with our daily practices, usually, the best avenue is to have a constant practice that increases and allows awareness to be more and more present. This awareness will generate the necessary space for the kundalini to flow more naturally. If you feel a call in your daily practice to connect with a higher consciousness, this can take this opening and flow to even greater depths. The results can vary, but a gentler path yields a deeper foundation for this energy flow.

Is healing our past possible?

There is a tricky thing about healing. The mind always believes it should be a one-event thing that should rid us of whatever is not healed. The mind is always looking for the quickest detour possible, with the intention of moving away from whatever feels painful, difficult, and hard. This makes our healing journey endless and filled with unnecessary suffering. Looking for an immediate and permanent path is entirely illusory.

Healing is a journey; there is wisdom in life about how this journey flows. You can aid this journey by working with a therapist, counselor, coach, shaman, yogi, or any other being who has a set of tools to support you and your path. This is very supportive and essential in the healing path if you are vulnerable enough to ask for help and receive it.

It’s vital to understand that there is a foundational truth about our journey. Our healing has layers, and because it does, it needs time. Our nervous system and our emotional and mental realms need time and space to heal. This journey is divinely guided; a higher consciousness tailors the path for you. If healing profoundly calls for you, there is an essential key to making this journey even more fruitful: look at the relationships in your life and the people you meet: they are Messengers. If you allow them to deliver the message, witness whatever arises in you, see it, welcome it, and acknowledge it as part of you, honor it in that way… that can lead to a miraculous and magical journey.

Is unconditional love possible?

There is an essential truth in this world: love is the essence and glue of it all. But love is an experience that, for many, is connected with concepts and ideas. So, love moves away from something we experience to something we think should be this or that way. Our current human experience of love is conditional; we usually love because we want love, recognition, acknowledgment, or something else. We are naturally equipped to love unconditionally, but real love works quite differently from what we think it should be.

The first step is to become aware of how conditional our love experience is. To see this truth is harsh in the beginning. It would be seen as a difficulty: how can we love unconditionally if all we do is put conditions on our love? But seeing this truth, realizing this truth, and being able to witness how this is real in all our relationships, especially our close relationships. When you visit this, a veil disappears; the mind takes a back seat in the reality of loving unconditionally as this shattering truth moves through you; it’s a gateway to open the flow of love within you and through you. It’s the most important journey we can embark: the awakening of our heart.
